Customer terms
This platform connects registered customers with approved transporteurs across Europe for vehicle transport. A transport request can only be submitted after registration, sign-in and explicit acceptance of the customer terms and privacy notice. Without these consents, use of the customer area for order creation is not permitted.
Customers must provide complete, current and truthful transport information, including pickup and delivery locations, contacts, phone numbers, vehicle data, damage status, rolling capability, dimensions, weights, loading requirements, time windows and any other circumstances that may influence price, feasibility or risk. The displayed price recommendation is a non-binding market indication. The final transport contract is concluded directly between customer and transporteur on the basis of the selected bid.

Transporteur terms
The transporteur remains solely responsible for licences, insurance, drivers, subcontractors, load securing, route planning, tolls, customs compliance, damage documentation and compliance with all applicable transport, tax and labour rules. Circumvention, sham bids or misuse of released data may lead to immediate suspension and legal action.
If carriers voluntarily enable location sharing in the dashboard or carrier map view, the browser may process the current device location so the carrier's own position can be shown on the map and orientation towards open jobs can be improved. This location sharing is voluntary, can be revoked at any time via the browser or device settings and is used only for map display, orientation and feature provision within the platform.

Privacy notice
The operator processes personal data for registration, authentication, role assignment, transporteur approval, request and bid handling, route and price calculation, payment processing, invoicing, email communication, abuse prevention, audit logging, system security and compliance with legal retention duties. Depending on use, this may include account data, contact data, vehicle and route data, transporteur documents, reviews, payment references and technical logs.
Data is disclosed only where necessary for contract performance, pre-contractual measures, legal compliance, platform operation or legitimate interests in security and documentation. Customer data is released to the selected transporteur only after the relevant commission payment has been confirmed. Before production launch, all subprocessors, retention periods, tracking technologies, cross-border transfers and technical and organisational measures must be aligned with the real infrastructure and documented accordingly.
Map positions are provided only for rough orientation before exact customer data is released. Despite technical plausibility checks, we do not accept liability for pickup or delivery locations being fully correct, complete or to scale on the map.
